As an IT administrator in the health care sector, I have been observing the needs of medical software users for two years. The staff struggled with various problems of lack of information in the field of practical medicine and pharmacy. After doing in-depth research, the main personas and user needs emerged, which is currently lacking on the application market. This is how the process of creating an application began, which will enable easy access to the latest medical regulations and pharmaceutical information with an additional knowledge base.
